We had a fire aboard our boat. Sadly we lost everything including our furbabies. We were referred to Cole and from the first phone call he was very compassionate and professional. We made an appointment to meet at the boat so he could do his what he does best, he was able to give me the answer the fire marshal could not. With that it made me feel like I could move foward with this horrific tragedy. His knowledge on how fore works and spreads was impeccable, the way he handled himself was nothing but professional, I was a mess from losing everything and compassionate demeanor was confronting. All being said and done I would highly recommend this service to anyone. I will be a repeat customer once we find another boat. He will be doing the survey!!!!! 5 STARS in my book!!!
